Cancellation Policy

Valid for trips with a scheduled departure date after July 10th, 2023

Change of plans? No problem! With Flix, you can cancel your ticket up to 15 minutes before departure and get a full or partial refund in the form of a voucher.
The table below shows how much you will be refunded. The amount depends on how far in advance you cancel your ticket. For example, if you cancel your ticket 1 day and 3 hours before departure, you will get a 50% refund.

Between 7 and 29 days 75%
30 days or more 100%


The maximum amount deducted from your ticket price will not exceed 35 USD. If you booked in a different currency, you can check your exact refund here.

Please note that for extras like seat reservations and excess baggage, the refund is 100%. Booking fees and service fees are non-refundable.

The following table displays the cancellation fees depending on the scheduled departure date, on when you wish to cancel your booking and on the currency being used. The calculation is based on the exact time of departure (hour, minute, second). This means for example: 3 days equals 72 hours.

Legend:

  • >=30 --> Cancellations at least 30 days before departure
  • >=14, <30 --> Cancellations between 14 and 29 days before departure
  • >=3, <14 --> Cancellations between 3 and 13 days before departure
  • <3 --> Cancellations fewer than 3 days before departure
