Operators Terms & Conditions of Travel

All customers agree to all terms and conditions found at www.flixbus.com and for travel on Greyhound, all terms and conditions found at www.greyhound.com.

FlixBus is a broker which connects customers and operators. FlixBus is not an operator. The operator of your trip is identified during the booking process and on the booking confirmation.

The carriers who operate the service sold on www.flixbus.com have their own carriage conditions which may be found on the operators’ websites listed below. You may contact the operator directly if you have any questions or concerns. Operators are solely responsible for operating the trip and any damages or claims associated with the trip. FlixBus is not responsible or liable for any damages or claims regarding the carriage of passengers or baggage on the bus, including claims for personal injury or death.
