Did you leave something behind due to the excitement of arriving at your destination? Or, did you find something on your bus that does not belong to you? Not a problem! Simply complete the Lost and Found Form below.

Please note that all Lost and Found requests are answered via email.

Please state the exact travel data (Start, Destination, Date and Time) and if possible the booking number.

Description of the lost item

The more detailed the description of the lost or found article you can provide, the faster we can search for your lost item or find the owner of the found item.

Colour, size, serial number, special features, label etc.
